Unified End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Scope: This agreement applies to all mobile applications and associated services operated by Solnova Labs Pty Ltd, including Everplot, Dopaflux, Grad GPS, BrokkrMate, and Chooksy.
1. Licence Grant & Intellectual Property
Limited Licence: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Ownership: All software architecture, AI models, prompts, story pathways, and characters remain the exclusive intellectual property of Solnova Labs Pty Ltd.
Prohibited Acts: You must not reverse engineer our AI models, scrape system-generated content, or use our Apps to train competing technologies.
2. System-Generated Content
Interaction Model: Users interact with predefined, system-generated choices.
Property Rights: All story outcomes and sensory outputs generated by the Software are the property of Solnova Labs Pty Ltd.
3. Liability & Governing Law
Disclaimer: The Apps are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses or specific emotional outcomes.
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
